The tray is made from 3/4" thick cherry and is approximately 9-1/2" wide by 5-1/2" tall. 
 
The tray is food safe and is treated with NSF-certified cutting board oil and one coat of Howard’s Butcher Block Conditioner. Customers may want to reapply the Butcher Block Conditioner over time. This product is available on Amazon and also at Home Depot.
