The tray is made of 3/4″ cherry and is approximately 8″ wide by 6-1/4″ tall.
 
The tray is treated with NSF-certified food-safe mineral oil and Howard’s Butcher Block Conditioner. Customers may want to reapply these over time. Howard’s Butcher Block Conditioner is available on Amazon and also at Home Depot.
